Keiser Introduces M3 Total Body Trainer

On the heels of its award-winning M3 Indoor Cycle and popular M5 Strider, Keiser introduces the M3 Total Body Trainer. The latest addition to the Keiser M Series, the M3 Total Body Trainer combines indoor fitness cycling with an upper body push/pull feature to give users a unique bilateral workout.

“The M3 Total Body Trainer is extremely versatile,” explained Keiser Vice President Darrin Pelkey. “You can get an upper and lower body workout, do interval, cardio or circuit training and high intensity training. The M3 Total Body Trainer can also be used for group exercise and physical therapy.” For unilateral training, The M3 Total Body Trainer features a footrest bar that allows the user to focus on upper body training.

Like its Keiser M Series predecessors, the M3 Total Body Trainer employs eddy current magnetic resistance. The unique feature of the M3 and M5 has afforded club owners and product users a distinct level of durability and reliability.

The M3 Total Body Trainer features the M Series Computer which provides the user with data such as revolutions per minute, power output in watts, heart rate measurement, elapsed time and distance, gear and resistance level.
