Keiser Labelled New Trend

In a recent column in the National Football Post longtime player agent Jack Bechta shared insights into what he considered to be emerging trends in professional football.

Along with playbooks being placed on ipads, neuro-cognitive technologies and platelet rich plasma therapy Bechta identified training on Keiser as an emerging football trend.

The column pointed out the use of Keiser pneumatic resistance equipment in combine prep by Athletes’ Performance and in off-season training by pro football players at Todd Durkin’s Fitness Quest10 near San Diego.

Bechta noted that NFL strength and conditioning coaches appear to be turning away from the heavy lifting of free weights and weight stacks while turning, instead, to Keiser. “Expect to see these machines making their way into NFL weight rooms if they haven’t already,” Bechta wrote.
